Exebenus and Petrolink Partner to Deliver AI-Powered Real-Time Insights for Smarter Well Delivery
Exebenus Spotter's machine learning agents now run on PetroVue, Petrolink's real-time data platform — combining hazard detection and drilling optimization models with the data infrastructure already installed on many rigs.
The integration connects Spotter's ML agents — stuck pipe risk detection and ROP optimization — directly to real-time drilling data delivered through PetroVue. Model outputs return into the same platform, so operators get predictive analysis inside their existing data workflows rather than through a separate system.
In real time, the combined system lets operators:
- Predict, identify, and characterize developing stuck-pipe risks
- Support drilling parameter decisions with model-based recommendations
- Reduce non-productive time (NPT) and invisible lost time (ILT)
- Reduce the safety exposure associated with stuck pipe events
- Apply consistent risk monitoring across teams and operations
Spotter's agents are pre-trained and well-agnostic — they do not require per-well model training or offset-well data — so deployment on a new operation takes days, not months. The methods and field performance behind the agents are documented in Exebenus's technical papers with SPE, IADC and OTC.
